Void-X Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Void-x app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

When using the Void-x app, anonymous game statistics, such as Bosses killed, powerups collected, Device Type (iPad/iPhone) and other statistics are recorded and stored in a first party database.

By using our app, you consent to our privacy policy.

Information usage

These statistics are also used to monitor the game for issues and improve the game experience.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
