This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Extreme 500 app for iPhone and iPad.

Information collection and Usage

When using the Extreme 500 app, anonymous game statistics, such as Games Played, Hand Scores, Device Type (iPad/iPhone) and other statistics are recorded and stored in a first party database.

By using our app, you consent to our privacy policy.

Information usage

We use the information we collect to display individual gameplay statistics to the user, and to display overall statistics to all users.

These statistics are also used to monitor and improve the app.

We may disclose your information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requirements; to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or abuse, violations of our policies; or to protect our rights and property.
